Terms of use

The rules for using this site.

Last updated: 04.10.2026

1. General

These terms govern your use of the IQ Lab website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

2. The service

The Site provides online personality and reasoning tests, together with results and a personal report based on them. Results are provided for self-understanding and educational purposes.

3. Not a medical service

The Site does not make medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnoses and does not provide treatment. Results do not replace professional advice.

4. Accuracy of results

Results are shown as a likely range and carry a margin of error. The IQ section does not give an official IQ score, and the EQ section does not give an official EQ score. Responsibility for decisions based on the results rests with the user.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Site for lawful purposes only. Interfering with its operation, sending automated bulk requests, or falsifying results in someone else's name is prohibited. Abusive nicknames, or ones that impersonate someone, are hidden from the leaderboard without notice.

6. Account

An account is optional and is created through Telegram or Google. Never share a Telegram sign-in code: anyone who has it can enter your account. You can delete your account at any time on the “My account” page.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and reasoning tasks belong to IQ Lab. The personality items come from the International Personality Item Pool and are in the public domain.

8. Paid services

All services are currently free. If paid services are introduced, their price and terms will be announced separately before payment. Payments will be one-time; automatic recurring charges (subscriptions) are not used.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IQ Lab is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Site.

10. Changes

These terms may change. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
